倒數75天,戒澱粉質的第三天。
還是很快覺得餓,發現街上可以吃的非澱粉類選擇蠻少,
開始隨身帶備生果充饑。
晚上的能量較少,走的時間少了,
明天要早上來消滅區才行。
還有最重要的一點:要多喝水,
把④公升的水喝個夠吧!
